Skyview is a gymnastics training center in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. We are the home of the Gymdancers Performance Team, and competitive programs in Acrobatic Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline & Tumbling. We offer a variety of classes for children of all ages, including Parent & Tot, Preschool and Kindergarten Gymnastics, and Flip! for Xtreme Sports.
Our primary goal is to instill a life-long appreciation for the joy and challenges of physical activity. We provide a strong foundation in gymnastics, excellent training at all levels, and a variety of opportunities for those who wish to pursue the sport. We believe that by learning to be courageous and confident in motion, a child has learned skills for a lifetime. For information about our programs, use the links above or on the left. NEW Classes for 2010! Saturday Skydancers Beginning Level Dance Classes combining Ballet & Jazz technique - three age groups, all on Saturday morning. Taught by Ginah Stephens, a long-time friend of Skyview Gymnastics. Intro to Acrobatic Gymnastics Learn about the Art and the Sport of Acrobatic Gymnastics. Skyview is the home of National Champions, National Team Members, and International medalists in this beautiful sport. It is one our most amazing specialties! To take this class, students must also be enrolled in a Gymnastics class, a Tumbling class, or another Team program.
